It is the general objective of the board of directors to distribute excess capital by way of dividends in order to maintain Hartmann’s equity ratio at a maximum of 45%. Our capital distributions will always take into account current growth plans and liquidity needs.
On 18 April 2018, the general meeting adopted the board of directors' motion for the company to distribute dividends of DKK 9.50 (2016: DKK 9.50) per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017, equivalent to DKK 66 million or a payout ratio of 55%.
Hartmann has approximately 2,500 registered shareholders, and the following shareholders have notified Hartmann that they hold 5% or more of the share capital:
Members of the board of directors and the executive board hold 0.2% of the share capital, and the group’s portfolio of treasury shares amounts to 1.4% of the share capital.
