It is the general objective of the board of directors to distribute excess capital by way of dividends in order to maintain Hartmann’s equity ratio at a maximum of 45%. Our capital distributions will always take into account current growth plans and liquidity needs.
On 9 April 2019, the annual general meeting approved the motion of the board of directors to distribute dividends of DKK 9.50 (2018: DKK 9.50) per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2018, corresponding to DKK 66 million and a payout ratio of 69%.
At the end of 2018, Hartmann had approximately 2,400 registered shareholders, representing 6.5 million shares in aggregate, or 95% of the share capital:
At 31 December 2018, the members of Hartmann’s board of directors and executive board held 0.1% of the share capital, and the group’s portfolio of treasury shares amounted to 1.4% of the share capital.
