Scuba diving, kayaking, surfing, rock climbing, cycling or visiting heritage sites... All the ingredients of a life of outdoor adventure. But what do eggs have to do with it?
The Happy Egg Co. was on a mission to get the nation living happily and eating healthily, just like their hens. The brand wanted to give people the inspiration they needed to fill up on goodness and enjoy an outdoor adventure during summer 2019.
A natural source of goodness
For 2019, Happy Eggs continued to champion a natural source of goodness from inside and out through all brand partnerships, activations and digital strategies. So they have introduced an on-pack promotion to give their customers the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors – a little like their free-range hens do every day.
Egg packs that promoted outdoor adventures
Special promotional packs of Happy Egg Co. eggs included a barcode voucher for 2-for-1 entry to over 500 activities across the UK with the purchase of specially marked packs. Shoppers could redeem their vouchers through the Happy Egg Co. website and then go on to choose from a range of events, activities and venues that cater to all ages and interests.
New opportunities to explore
The promotion helped Happy Egg Co. eggs stand out within a busy store space. And it encouraged shoppers to try something new and take an adventure across the UK.
About Noble Foods
Number one in the UK for free-range eggs. The Happy Egg brand was launched in 2009 into a market dominated by eggs from caged hens. Ten years on, and the Happy Egg Co. is the UK's number one brand of free-range eggs, and is seen as a key player in encouraging shoppers to prefer free-range over caged eggs.
"As the original free-range egg brand, the Happy Egg Co. believes being outdoors keeps us healthy and happy. And Hartmann's high quality and timely delivery of our packaging enabled us to land these lines in store successfully and according to plan."
