Whistleblower System – Report Your Concerns
At Hartmann, integrity and compliance with laws are essential. We set high ethical standards and strive to maintain a transparent business climate.
Our Whistleblower System offers a secure and confidential way to report serious concerns or suspected misconduct—whether you're an employee or an external stakeholder.
Why Speaking Up Matters
We believe that openness and transparency help build trust and a healthy workplace. That’s why we encourage everyone to speak up when something doesn’t seem right.
What You Can Report
You can use the Whistleblower System to report serious matters such as:
Criminal offences (e.g. bribery, fraud, embezzlement)
Serious breaches of our Code of Conduct or company policies
Environmental violations or safety hazards
Discrimination, harassment, or violence at work
Irregularities in accounting, auditing, or internal controls
Serious ethical or legal misconduct
Other serious concerns
Please note that everyday matters such as dissatisfaction with salary, collaboration challenges, or similar issues should not be reported through the Whistleblower System, but addressed directly with your manager or HR.
Reporting Anonymously
You can choose to report anonymously. If so:
Use a privately owned device (not company networks or devices)
Do not include your name or personal details
What Happens After You Submit a Report
Your report is received by Hartmann’s independent Whistleblower Administration Team (WBAT), who carefully reviews and investigates the case in line with EU regulations—typically within a month.
