How to report your concern
If our Code of Conduct, company policies or national legislation have been breached as part of one of our activities, Hartmann encourages employees to report concerns through the channel with which they are most comfortable.
Concerns can be reported to a manager or a relevant supporting function such as Legal or HR. Employees can also report through our whistleblower service.
External stakeholders can use our whistleblower service.
Reports are anonymous, but the reporters can choose to identify themselves. No personal details will be provided if the report is made anonymously.
The whistleblower service is available 24/7 and can be accessed in close to all Group languages. You can report your concern in the available languages, once submitted it will automatically be translated into English to ensure anonymity.
The receiver of the report is the Whistleblower Administration team (WBAT) located at Hartmann’s headquarters with internal members. Every report is reviewed and investigated by an independent and trained team, and Hartmann fully complies with the European Union Whistleblower Directive.
Once a report is submitted, it will be immediately brought to the attention of the WBAT at Hartmann, who carefully screens it to resolve the case as quickly as possible, preferably within a month.
Hartmann does not tolerate any form of retaliation against anyone making reports in good faith.
