Like pretty much every industry in the world, we’re finding raw materials in short supply. We took the opportunity to come up with new solutions that’s even better for the planet! Small changes throughout the production process ultimately have a greater overall impact on the sustainability of our products and on CO2 emissions.
We tracked down new sources – especially on the waste paper market - and are now able to process all sorts of different papers without having impact on our product quality. And even more paper types that could not previously be processed in our systems.
We cut down the amount of color additives and the de-inking process to produce an even more environmentally friendly product. And we think you’ll be really happy with the result – the new cartons are robust as before, stable and the improved colour assortment looks more organic and natural.
The new raw materials give a more rustic and natural texture to the cartons. And not to forget: many small improvements contribute to one big goal - to protect climate and earth.
