If you see something, say something.

Hartmann is a member of UN Global Compact and our integrity is what sets us apart from the rest. That integrity comes from every one of you.

When something is not right, we don’t accept it. We’re better than that. We set ourselves the highest possible ethical standards and we strive to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics.

We want to empower our employees and other stakeholders to make good decisions and to act with a sense of responsibility when it comes to the environment around us. But even with the best intentions, sometimes things might not be the way we want them to be.

So we rely on you to let us know when we fall below those high standards.

Our Whistleblower Service is the early warning system that helps us to reduce risks. It’s a crucial tool in our drive to uphold high ethical standards and maintain customer and public confidence in us.

Please use it to ensure Hartmann stays the kind of company we’re all proud to work for.

Bribery & Corruption

Zero tolerance – we don’t allow our employees, agents, intermediaries, consultants, distributors, sub-contractors and suppliers are forbidden to offer or receive any sort of bribe or corrupt payment.

Social Responsibility

Since our business affects the local community and the wider environment, it’s our duty to be a good neighbour, a good employer and a responsible consumer of resources.

Code of Conduct

Our partners, officers and directors – as well as temporary service workers and independent contractors – must follow the highest ethical standards in their behaviour and decision-making.

We insist our managers keep an open mind when recruiting and promoting staff, to build a diverse workforce, treated equally regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sexuality, professional background and age.
